The City of Hamilton collects information under authority of section 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected through the “Helping Shelter Animals” donation fund, will be used to improve the animals stay and assist with situations such as medical treatment. Animal Services thanks contributors for supporting our animals and will issue an income tax receipt for donations over $10.
